Program is Full
In this level, students will become familiar with water safety, stationery kicking, front kick and back kick with a noodle. To test out of level 1, students must be able to independently retrieve a submerged object, front and back kick with alternating arms. Students perform the surface swim with pop-up style breathing independently for 15 feet.
Note:
Swim lessons are held on Monday. Lessons will be at the Jefferson Family Aquatic Center, 518 N. Fifield Avenue. Rain dates are on Fridays
